Allan Sindelar, Chief Technology Officer and Founder
Allan has been designing, installing, and teaching about off-grid PV systems since 1988. He is an EE98J licensed journeyman electrician, a NABCEP-certified PV installer and PV Technical Sales, a regular contributor to Home Power magazine. He holds an A.S. in Construction Technology and a B.A. in Environmental Studies.
Mark Drummond, Field Manager
Mark is responsible for all photovoltaic grid-tie installation crews for Central New Mexico. These included a total of over 500kW of installed capacity of both residential and commercial systems. Scope included systems ranging in size form 1 to 33 kW including the 25kW PNM PV power plant at Algodones and the Lena street lofts’ 27kW of total array on 4 buildings. Personally lead larger battery-less and all grid-tie with battery backup installations as well as off-grid residential. Mark is a NABCEP- certified installer and an ER1J NM Certified Electrician, He is also a graduate of the San Juan College Renewable Energy Program.
Randy Sadewic President
Randy has a B.S. in accounting, an Advanced PV design and Installation Certificate from BEW Engineering, and a Renewable Energy Certificate from San Juan College. Mr. Sadewic is a Certified PV Instructor for New Mexico Construction and Industry Division, a NABCEP-certified PV installer and PV Technical Sales, a licensed electrician and former Board Vice President of New Mexico Solar Energy Association. He has designed and installed over 350 kilowatts of solar electric systems in New Mexico.
Regina Wheeler Chief Operating Officer
Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and has 20 years of experience in organizational leadership and optimizing operations. A seasoned executive manager, Ms. Wheeler has proven abilities to lead organizations to identify and respond to risks and opportunities; build organizational capacity; deliver products and services that meet client requirements on budget and on time; cultivate customer awareness; and achieve financial goals.Ms. Wheeler is a valuable integrator of change. With a passion for synthesizing outcomes, she has a unique ability to bring people together to achieve unprecedented results. During her career, Ms. Wheeler has led private, government and non-profit organizations through game changing projects and initiatives such as conceiving and constructing the first LEED certified solid waste facility in New Mexico; optimizing and modernizing business processes to achieve operational efficiency and flexibility; and preparing to install 2 megawatts of solar photovoltaic panels on a closing landfill. She inspires optimum organizational performance with innovation and problem solving; excellent written and verbal communication; in-depth experience in human resources and performance management; and modeling and mentoring a respectful and collaborative organizational culture.
