Our service department mostly services systems installed by other companies; however, we always prioritize our Positive Energy Solar customers in the unlikely event that an issue arises. Most of the time, solar electric systems operate just fine without service requirements for 30 years. However, like all mechanical and electrical devices, they can require service. If that happens, you want to feel confident that your significant investment will be taken care of and that you have a positive experience. This year our team took on several projects servicing systems orphaned by multiple New Mexico solar companies that closed their doors.
